Low temperature sauna is more effective in sweating out toxins than heavy exercise.

Comparing low temperature sauna to exercise

D: Is it possible to sweat any more using different technologies. Let’s say you’re exercising or whatever than the method of infrared sauna.

Not without an extreme amount of effort. Thirty minutes of sweating in our sauna has been compared accurately to 30 minutes of sweating in the middle of a marathon. So not at the beginning of the marathon but the middle portion mile 10 to mile 15. That’s a lot of work.

D: I just want to be real clear with this. So if you spend 30 minutes in the sauna from start to finish, that would be the same as 30 minutes of the middle of a marathon. Is that correct?

Thirty minutes that you’re sweating. So let’s say an hour in the sauna. Thirty minutes to get up to the sweat and thirty minutes of sweating. The only method of sweating that much is either rowing or marathon running because these are the two sports that require continuous an uninterrupted aerobic exercise. So you’re either running or your rowing. Those are the only other two ways you can do it to get that much sweat. And you have to do an extreme amount of it.

And frankly, the more fit you get, the less you sweat from the exercise. So the more you do it, the longer it takes you to break a sweat.

I was thrilled when I was asked to do the interviews for this project. I'm really happy with the way it came out. I hope it's a help to you.

Please take a look.
